Our smaller roll-off is the right call for most one-room and one-weekend projects. It fits easily in a standard driveway and costs less, so you aren’t paying to haul air.

Pick the 13 yard when the job is one or two rooms, or a roof up to about 20 squares. Shingles are heavy, so a bigger box doesn’t help with roofing: the weight limit fills before the space does.

Questions about the 13 yard
What happens if I go over the weight limit?
The 13 yard includes 2 tons and the 17 yard includes [weight limit]. Anything over that is $80 per ton. Heavy materials like shingles add up fast, so ask us if you’re unsure.
How long can I keep the dumpster?
Rentals are priced for 1–3 days or 4–7 days. Need it longer than a week? Extra days: call or text for a quote.
Will the dumpster damage my driveway?
We take extra steps to protect surfaces when we drop off. [Describe how you protect the driveway, e.g. boards under the rails.]
How much space do I need?
Both dumpsters are 7 feet wide and 14 feet long. [Add how much room the truck needs to drop it off, e.g. width, length and overhead clearance.]
Do I need a permit?
Not if the dumpster sits on your own driveway or property. For placement on a public street: [Add the permit rules for South Bend, Mishawaka and Elkhart.]
When do I pay?
Payment is due at drop-off. If the load is over the weight limit, the extra weight is billed at $80 per ton.
