Sizes and pricing
Which size do I need?
A 13 yard fits garage and basement cleanouts, small renovations, yard debris and roofs up to about 20 squares of shingles. Pick the 17 yard for remodels, whole-house cleanouts, construction debris and bulky furniture. Still unsure? Text us a photo of the job. See the size guide.
How much does it cost?
The 13 yard is $350 for 1–3 days or $400 for 4–7 days. The 17 yard is $400 for 1–3 days or $450 for 4–7 days. Delivery, pickup and disposal up to the weight limit are included. See full pricing.
When do I pay?
Payment is due at drop-off. If the load is over the weight limit, the extra weight is billed at $80 per ton.
What happens if I go over the weight limit?
The 13 yard includes 2 tons and the 17 yard includes [weight limit]. Anything over that is $80 per ton. Heavy materials like shingles add up fast, so ask us if you’re unsure.
How long can I keep the dumpster?
Rentals are priced for 1–3 days or 4–7 days. Need it longer than a week? Extra days: call or text for a quote.
Delivery and placement
How soon can you deliver?
[Add your typical lead time, e.g. “Usually the next day.”] The sooner you call or text, the better your chance at the day you want.
How much space do I need?
Both dumpsters are 7 feet wide and 14 feet long. [Add how much room the truck needs to drop it off, e.g. width, length and overhead clearance.]
Will the dumpster damage my driveway?
We take extra steps to protect surfaces when we drop off. [Describe how you protect the driveway, e.g. boards under the rails.]
Do I need a permit?
Not if the dumpster sits on your own driveway or property. For placement on a public street: [Add the permit rules for South Bend, Mishawaka and Elkhart.]
Do you deliver to my town?
We serve St. Joseph and Elkhart counties in Indiana and Berrien and Cass counties in Michigan, including South Bend, Mishawaka, Elkhart, Granger, Niles and Edwardsburg. See all service areas.
What goes in
What can’t go in the dumpster?
No liquids, paint, chemicals, batteries, tires, electronics, appliances with refrigerant, asbestos, fluorescent bulbs, pressurized tanks, dirt, concrete or rock. These add charges or can’t be accepted. See the full list.
Do you recycle?
Yes. We recycle as much of each load as we can to keep it out of the landfill.
