Who we are

Rescue Bins is a roll-off dumpster rental company based in Granger, Indiana. You can reach us by phone or text at (574) 366-2207.

What we collect

When you use our “Request a Dumpster” form, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address (optional), delivery address, town, preferred dates, dumpster size and any notes. We use this only to respond to your request, schedule delivery and pickup, and bill for the rental.

Like most websites, our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and troubleshooting. [List any analytics tools you add, e.g. Google Analytics, and what they collect.]

Google services

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and shows our rating from Google Maps. Google may receive your IP address when these load. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with services we use to run the business (for example, our email and payment providers) or when required by law.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep request details for as long as needed for scheduling, billing and our records. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, call or text (574) 366-2207 [or email: your email address].
